Admissions overview
In order to provide you with immediate assistance, the staff members in our admissions department will ask you a few basic questions in order to begin to gain an understanding of where your needs lie. Examples of information that you may be asked to provide can include the following:
- Demographic information
- Presenting concerns
- Substance abuse history
- Past treatment history, if applicable
- Insurance information
